Jiran tetangga, meaning "neighbours" in the Malay language, refers to the people who live near or around us. The term negeri jiran is commonly used to describe Malaysia's neighbouring countries, such as Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Jiran tetanggaalso carries a deeper meaning, underscoring the importance of fostering good relationships through mutual respect, care and acts of goodwill. As a Singapore based company, FIN is proud to be bringing you closer to the friends we regard as family in Malaysia. Once such artist we've worked very closely with, is Syazri from Cultkids.
In our first edition ofJiran Tetangga, we've designed three artworks with Cultkids, inspired by key personalities and landmarks that were instrumental in shaping the art, historical and cultural landscape of Malaysia.
